We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Our online payment system use cookies for better usability. No other information than the ones entered (besides your IP Address) will be stored. Besides using your entered information for the corresponding purpose, we may inform you about related products and events by email. However, we don’t store any credit card or debit card information.

Credit cards are immediately charged through our payment gateway provider. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds on all products that have not been unboxed or used in any way within the first 30 days. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Please call customer service at 941-999-8200 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped via USPS within 7 business days of your order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Signature Required

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempt to deliver, the package will be returned. We will inform you if a signature is required.

Google Analytics
