Replacing Parts You Can No Longer Buy
Have you ever tried to find a small replacement part for a chair, appliance, game or that special table setting? If you have the broken part or a photo of the entire object we can usually make the replacement to fit and in any color.
The replacement sprocket was 3D Printed from ABS-Polycarbonate, a very strong and durable material. The opener was an older style and the part was no longer available from the manufacturer. This was installed in April of 2016 and is still working very well.
The drawer slide and guide were 3D Printed from ABS to replace an old wooden drawer slide and guide from an antique dresser. It is impossible to find wooden drawer slides so we designed a replacement drawer slide and guide and now the dresser draw is working again.
Automotive Car Parts – From Antique To New
That special old car that is your pride and joy has a few worn parts that are no longer available in the market. Whether it is a small latch or part that fits behind the dash, we can make it for you. Most parts are made from very strong nylon or ABS-Polycarbonate.
We can even make parts that are larger than 12” to 14” long by splitting the part design into sections and creating locking sections to put them together creating the strength of one piece.
Our design capabilities allow us to create threaded sections or very sculpted parts by using two-part printing techniques. This process allows for a very clean part with dimensional accuracy up to + – 0.5 mm.
Parts created by on our Solidworks software can be saved in files that can be used by metal fabricators and on CNC machines to take your designs and fabricate the parts in metal if necessary.
